UK Business Initiative SME7 Unveils 2020BC Vision

Monday 18th April saw the Launch of our SME7 Build Britain Better initiative and the announcement of the 2020BC Manifesto!

Over 65 business men and women gathered at the Ramada Jarvis hotel in Solihull to listen to our collaborative Team outline how the private SME business sector is going to help get business Britain back on its feet. The unveiling of this project has been the culmination of 6 months of planning, developing and travelling up and down the country to knit together a team capable of initiating and seeing through this massive undertaking.

SME7 is a 7 step business process to modernise the traditional heartland SME businesses here in the UK. Businesses turning over £250k – £20 Million make up a largely ignored sector of the British economy right now who are blissfully unaware of the Digital Age Tsunami which is about to engulf them. SME7′s aim is to help modernise 100,000 such businesses over the next 10 years based on the steps outlined in the Business book In 2 The Clouds.

The SME7 project is now looking to actively engage with Suppliers, Referrers and Business Practitioners to provide a holistic set of services to this sector and make sure that as many as possible make it through the modernisation process and on to being businesses fit for the 21st Century.

If you thought the SME7 project was big enough then think again!

SME7 is part of the much bigger 2020BC Vision. This is a vision of how Britain needs to change over the coming 10-15 years and adapt to the Global shifts in Money, Power and regime changes. 2020BC is based on a new framework for work, leisure and even government, that is people-centric and moves away from the capitalistic greed and excesses which are the current the norm in the West. As we move towards being more ‘in harmony’ with the people around us and our planet, focussing on our passions is where the future lies and all the indications suggest that the time has now arrived for such changes to take place.
